ThinPrint Cloud Services, Inc. Reviews

One of the worst experience that I have ever had from a company that sells enterprise level software.

From the purchasing to tech support to supervisor to activation the software. The whole company is full of people that they lack training. First I purchased the software from the agent didn't mention that there was a telephone support fee.. By the way the software is not cheap, 1000 bux a license.

After I purchased the software I wanted to activated, well that didn't go well. After spending half an hour with Ross the tech guy, he told me that the software has to be uninstalled and re-installed. I may add that I am installing on a large company's network, so every time that they change something, I have to reboot my Terminal Server, which sux by itself. I spoke with the manager Henning from the Tech Dept, and that didn't go well either.

Anyways there are options for printing from the Terminal Server, I would recommend you stay the hell out of this company and their product.
