It is 2017 and they are still at it. This is called Insiders Edge, The new you today, Stephen Edwards and Response. These are all the names this Scam is under. It started off in Columbus, Ohio as a free event to learn Real Estate with "Jessie & Tina Rodriquez" from Vintage Flip Stars..
I am not sure if they are aware that their names are being used or not, but once you get to event they are not there and their names are not mentioned at all. at the end it is $1,997 for 3 day workshop. i left and called back because they make it seem like they want everyone to get this training etc. So i was advised there was a $500 option for the online version, where it was like you were right there at the workshop.. so i paid $500 to get the web version
Once i paid and got the web version, it was a "Stephen Edwards" just sitting in a office taking, not a live event. went over a free things but never explained how to do it, because wanted you to get the Diamond package that is over $24,000 dollars, tells you to use credit cards and friends to come up with money, after the two days of watching the third day is him just talking about nothing.
I called consultant and got Chris Bartold and he advised me he can mentor me for $500 now and $100 per month and was very matter of fact, i told him i did not have another $500 he said call me by friday when you have it and i will tell you want you will get for that, and it will be life changing. the next day i called company tt Kylie and she stated so sorry, blah, blah and she was going to have a Ben Williams to call me, because i told her is did not want to work with Chris. Never got the call from Ben.
So basicly, this company continues to ask you to get more and more money and to do a shell game with your credit cards and to borrow money from people and then they show you a video of people at this buying summitt in Vegas and all this money they are making etc. Also they promise you this software that will do everything for you about deals, that is a lie, because you only get it if you continue to pay them more money.
I should have known somethin was up with i ask April Olander 801-341-3667 that was the person i called to pay my $500 to, if she did this and she said "N0", case in point, if it is or was so good how is it that a employee is not involved in doing all of these real estate deals..
Dont buy into it, it will cost you more, i am out $500, but most people are out way more.. Beware
