Paid for necklace with 2 names. Received a necklace with 2 names, just not the 2 names I ordered. On request to get the correct item produced they said via email they were negligent, apologised and said the correct order would be received as per policy, within 15 days of receipt of the original order. That was in November 2017. It's now February 2018 and the last email I received from them this week indicated I had to pay an additional $15US to get the correct order shipped. No way. I've been ripped off all my money. They have refused to refund the total amount. I've now reported them to the Ombudsmen.

Ordered two necklaces on december 1 2017 nothing from company after numerous email sent to see when order would ship. they did not respond first time till filed a Paypal resolution dispute December 30 2017. Money was sent day of order. Finally got tracking number for a company EMS. I responding could not track so I started getting emails from them with lanugage I could not read. I also stated this to them and I would get emails with arrows to that that it was on its way. One email even said delivery date not till February. Finally got one said it is on way to you. Than next email said delivered, however I never received two necklaces I ordered. Than I get message from Paypal on January 20 that they will refund $35 to me. I declined this I had decided I had enough and wanted full refund. However I have not received refund. I did receive this email today February 5 2018 stating:wanting to charge me shipping again:

Dear customer,

Hello, I’m so sorry to hear your news,we are free shipping at first, but now you are special cases, so we decide to reproduce and delivery once again for you, but you need pay for the freight cost.

We want to give customers a satisfactory purchase. I hope you can understand, thank you.

Really why would I want to pay more for product I did not receive and already stated I no longer wanted. Since I was being ripped off .

On November 28 Bank transaction was made to Lin Yiting / For a silver photo etched necklace. I have not yet received my purchase. the payment was received by company. I have not received a tracking number, nor a confirmation number /letter via email.
