Telmo Yturralde

I had an A.M. appointment (8-12). Telmo called and said he would be here about 1:30 P.M. That was fine as I.m retired and home all day. He was here for my annual furnace check up and did a very good inspection. He informed me that my A/C was old (20 yrs) and was not performing up to standard. The same info was given to me during an A/C inspection about a month ago by Julian.

Having two inspectors point out the same info was enogh for me to order a new A/C. Telmo then spent a great amount of time gathering info and getting us set up for installation. Thank you very much for all the time and info.

On May 24, 2016, Tim Parkey gave me an estimate for a new AC unit for $3,973 for a Lennox 13 seer cooling system, everything included. The unit was installed on June 3, 2016. Our two issues:

1. Overcharged for electrical. An hour into install, the electrician, Daniel Hamilton came and stated that the home builder did not properly put in what was needed. He gave me a laminated menu. The cheapest option was "a bandaid fix" for $995 extra than what I was given for an estimate. The options went well over $2,000. Reluctantly I picked the option of $1438, because work was already underway by Marc Kennedy, the ac technician.

2. The wires and things coming out of our house is very sloppy and comes out right above the basement window, where we need to install window well covers.

A week later I called and I spoke with Kendra about my concerns.

She scheduled Marc (AC Tech) to come out on June 16, 2016 so we could discuss. Marc called me the day of and wanted to come out an hour early to fix the two issues that didn't pass county inspection. I explained to them that Kendra said that we could discuss my issues, but they said they had no idea and that they didn't have time, because they had an install scheduled. They were very angry, but stayed until my Dad was able to get here and ask questions. Marc's assistant said that someone from the office would call me and they could install a cover to hide the wires. I never got a call.

On June 23rd, I spoke with Mahogany about getting a cover installed and she stated that she would have Marc call me on the following Monday, June 27th. On that Monday, Mahogany called me and said Kendra would have the drywall guy, Mark, call me to install a cover. I have never heard a word.
