I got an fax at work about all inclusive vacations. I called them for a grout Jamaica trip. They told me the trip would be $750 per adult. I put $510 down for 3 of us. That was on a Friday. I called them because the money never came out my about and I didn't get a confirmation. So then I got the confirmation and it was in my spam mail. Money still didn't come out my account That the up a red flag. I called them to cancel on Wednesday but didn't get an answer so I left a message. No one called back. Called Thursday and they answered but said my 72 hours was up and I couldn't cancel. I told them I called and left a message but they didn't call back. This was Customer Service. She still said Wednesday was to late. I asked her why were they counting the weekend as part of my 72 hours when they are closed on weekends. She still said it's nothing they can do. A week later my money came out of my account. Now I can't find anything on this company. The website they gave me is not working. This is such a rip off. Please don't fall for it and if you have please post all over the Internet so others won't fall for this. They are very good at what they do. They all for your debit information and run it as an electronic check.
