I hired Desind and Klijian to fight a ticket for unsafe lane change. I paid them $400 on 9/15/15, the ticket was due on 12/15/15. I started calling them a week before the ticket was due, Mark wasn't answering his phone, and the reception is in the office from about 11am to 7pm PST, but whenever you ask to speak to anyone, "he isn't in right now, would you like to leave a message?"
Then I got another letter from the courthouse, FAILURE TO APPEAR. Desind and Klijian forgot about my case, they just completely did zero. They did worse than zero, because they told me they'd take care of it. I've had to pay the original penalty and recieved CSA points on my license. They took my money and disappeared.
