I purchased a car, online, and the company promised that it would be delivered in 5-7 days. I am beyond 30 days, and a driver finally says that he has my car, but his truck is breaking down, and he will meet me 3 hours from my home. I also fell for this.

Now I have a loan for a $30,000 car, yet I have no car, and I have been completely ripped off. The General manager said:

I am deeply sorry you had to experience this. And I apologize if our salesperson stopped communicating with you. That is unacceptable.

I have been informed of the situation earlier today and I was already able to get in touch with the transporter we outsourced the delivery of your vehicle to. Transporter stated that car will be delivered tomorrow evening and that they will be calling you beforehand.

I have informed them that if that does not occur they will pay the consequences and that my request was an ultimatum.

Would you please let me know if you do not receive any call by 5pm tomorrow?

Also, with regard to title/registration I will have my title clerk Carolina Martinez follow up with your transaction and work with her to get it finalized ASAP. Once you receive the car I will cc her to our communications and will go from there.

It was not delivered by Tuesday evening, or Wednesday evening, or Thursday evening. This is a sad state of affairs to be ripped off for $30,000.

The Taverna Collection dispatched to me the transport of an automobile. As no statement was made to me indicating otherwise, I assumed the automobile was operative. Upon arriving to the pickup location, however, I learned that the automobile's motor would not start. Connecting the car's battery to a jump box and, later, to jumper cables attached to my car hauler's batteries did not improve the condition of the car, and I was unable to load the unit onto my car hauler.

When I contacted The Taverna Collection about the matter - that Taverna had failed to tell me the unit was inoperative - and requested payment for the time and money I spent traveling to load what I was told was a viable automobile, Taverna denied owing me a cancellation fee as reimbursement for the expense I incurred traveling to pick up the unit and monetary compensation for the time I spent.

I purchased a luxury vehicle cash from this dealership. I was told by Nick Boustead (I specifically brought up this issue with Nick) that a TPMS sensor was bad and a cheap fix so I went along with it, because I was purchasing a pair of new wheels anyhow. Once a new pair of wheels were put on the TPMS light did not go out. Turns out it is a module and antenna that is a $800-$1000 fix.

On top of that the rack and pinion on this car was bad so it cost me another $1000 and also brakes were bad. All of this occurred in the first couple weeks of me purchasing my vehicle. The dealership refused to fix the TPMS system as they lied to me about. Wanting to charge me to fix the things that should of been fixed and make money off of me on top of it.

Poor customer service and sells cars that are junk. Would never do business with such a shady and unmoral business again. I have around the car business for years and buy cars on a regular. This was the worst experience and they shouldnt be allowed to sell cars.
