If it sounds too good to be true it usually is. Agent said I would have health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance ($400,000) for $235 per month. Said I would have to pay $90 for an application fee (never had to do that before with any reputable insurance company). Said the insurance would be effective 12/1/16 and I would have to pay on 11/20/16. They actually put the payment through on 11/10/16 and my bank paid on 11/15/16. I immediately called my bank and told them to return the monies to my account and cancelled the policy with NCE after my wife went online and found out this was all a scam.

My family and I were in need of insurance. NCE Member Services contacted me and told me they could provide me with medical dental and vision insurance at a reasonable price. Not once did they say they are a discount service. Today my girl and son went to the hospital and I was looking for the policy number I stumbled upon a small text stating there a discounted service and not actually insurance. I was sold a dream and very upset thay my family and myself still do not have insurance. Not only that but I paid $411 for nothing.

My "coverage" with NCE has literally one of the worst insurances I've had considering all the great offer and benefits they are so proud to announce. I was hesistant at first to even obtain my coverage with them seeing it was so cheap (my monthly was $50). I decided to go along with it because it had great benifits, so I thought. I had gone to a local clinic in my area becasue I was unexpectedly sick and once I presented my card I was told it was not accepted. I called because I had to payout of pocket. Plus the medicine that was given to me. So later that day I called to see what was up. Apparently I had to contact them so they could pinpoint me to the doctors offices where I was covered. So I received my informationa and I called in advance just to make sure because I did not want to go and they decline me there as well. Every number I called have never heard of NCE or Multiplan.

Fast forward to my current situation. NCE has called me at least 5-8 times this whole week because there was something wrong with my card and my payment wasn't processing. That's where a man asked me if it was okay to go ahead and charge me for that month. I was fed up and said no and that I wanted to cancel my plan. He then, directed me to the department for that but when he did a automated machine said that extension did not exist and to try again. I was on the phone for a minute realzing that guy wasn't going to come back to the phone. I check my bank account and they charged me $49.95. I called them back I finally get a hold of someone in the dpeartment for those who want to cancel their coverage. The lady (her name is Brittney) tries to throw me off with all the great talk about NCE. I go ahead and tell her that I just want to cancel my coverage and if it is possible to obtain a refund for a payment I did not authorize. She put me on hold for what seemed like 5 minutes and came back and told me I should receive an email saying I was no longer covered with NCE. I also asked hr about the refund and she sent me to a different department and, OF COURSE, that extension did not work.

They lie about what they are selling ...they told me pre existing conditions are ok...regular office visits well checks are covered 80/20 and my 5000 deductible would be for hospital and major events only....I went for my well check and I found out that insurance is not covering anything...no labs no well check... I called my sales agent Dante but "manager" would not even put him on the phone...and after all the questions I had for her she told me I am nasty and refused to cancel my insurance ...WOW...now I have to go through my bank to stop payments from them...

I was sold this plan during open enrollment last year in December. The agent told me that I would be getting health insurance that does not turn you down for pre-exisiting conditions, that I would have a REAL RX Pharmacy Benefits and not a discount card that you have to pay for. I can't even use it. GoodRX is cheaper and free...

I have been charged allot of money for not getting anything in return. I have no idea what to do. I have no health insurance and they have me locked into this "GapAfford" and Life Insurance Policy that I have to pay for??

I just recently recived a letter from one of the companies they tried to connect me with and the letter said I was declined do to fradulent activites. I am just blown away...

This is not really an insurance company, but a discount card company. It pays very little actually. The main reason to have Major Medical Insurance is for large expenses that might occur with either an emergency or chronic illness. This plan which is really an Accidental Death Benefit plan with some health discounts will not protect you if really have a health issue. I am also pretty sure that it will not meet the requirement for you to have a Major Medical Plan under the Affordable Care Act and thus you would have to pay a tax penalty. You can Google the complaints and that may give you more info.

This company sold me the idea of a great health coupon where a majority of doctors, including my general practicioner, was covered in full. It was $220 sign up fee and $177 per month, for full coverage. After going to the doctor $75 (that they told me was covered) and getting $544 annual blood work done, this company has covered NOTHING! I tried to call them many times, they kept me on hold for hours, i'm not even kidding, and continuously charge my credit card, even after canceling. I called them so they would reimburse me and discontinue charging me; their answer a "they have no records of it in their computer." Meanwhile I am looking at the charge on my credit card! I now have to file a claim with my credit card, so this company stops charging me $177 a month. I really wish I would have done my research prior to being subjected to this.

This insurance company has been taken payments out of our account since 2014, and we have never gotten a card nor insurance papers. We were penalized during tax season because the insurance we thought we had was nonexistent. We called the 877 number which we had to get from our bank, and the customer service rep was very unprofessional and caused more confusion. We did a stop payment and filed a complaint to get our money back. This insurance company is a scam and doing research, we are not the only one's experiencing this.

IT’S A SCAM… DO NOT USE… NATIONAL CONGRESS OF EMPLOYERS

I needed Affordable health care… I am low income and couldn’t afford to pay for regular health care insurance.

I saw on line an offer of Healthcare insurance for under $100 a month. Even that amount would be a problem to find but I had to have something.

I contacted the company and whoever I spoke to on the phone assured me this was exactly what I needed. It would cover me for all my medical and doctors’ visits and I wouldn’t have to pay for prescriptions…

IT WAS ALL A LIE…

At first they wanted $204 to sign up but when I said I didn’t have that much they reduced it to $124 as a first instalment.

After I had signed up and paid the $124 … Only then did I discover that it wasn’t insurance at all, it was a “DISCOUNT CARD”…. Which meant I would be offered a discount on my doctors’ visits and prescriptions, it didn’t cover me for anything, and the only doctors who accepted the card and would give me a discount were miles away from where I live.

IT WAS ALL A LIE… BAIT AND SWITCH … I have been LIED TO, CHEATED, AND CONNED

IT’S A SCAM… DO NOT USE… NATIONAL CONGRESS OF EMPLOYERS

This firm are ghouls praying on the poor, sick and needy, people that can afford to be ripped off the least.

I hope they rot in hell!

I called the company to sign for Obamacare in Sept 2014, the company deemed to be genuine insurance company and later on sent me both prescription and insurance cards. The following month, I visited a doctor and needed prescription and to pay visitation fee, my insurance was denied and I had to pay from pocket the whole amount. On several occasions, I attempoted to call and cancel the insurance and finally did after several attempts. I finally cancelled the insurance.

The problem is that, the company resigned me later on for another services without my consent and started to withdraw money from my account for more than a year before i realised they were doing so. I called and spke to someone who sounded rude, refused to answer questions and gave me an option to cancel the acount then hung up on me. I called and told them to cancel the account immediately as they were conning me.

Please be advised, this company NCE RX is not an insurance company and will rip you off. HOpe this helps someone.

The National Congress of Employers has been the most unhelpful, lying, frustrating insurance experience of my life. I was referred to them by a big name insurance company! It was either Blue Cross, Progressive, or State Farm. It was a long time ago, and I can't recall which it was that referred because I called all of them. They have literally not helped with a single thing they said they would. They didn't even pay the 50 dollar co-pay from months ago when I messed up my arm on a machine. Didn't know about it until yesterday when I went in for an infection on my shin, when they told me they wouldn't and couldn't accept it again because They DO NOT pay! I cannot believe that a reputable company would refer me to them and I cannot believe the assistance they give, it has been absolutely unbelievable with them still being in business! I have never felt so duped by a company in my life. Oh, and trying to cancel? They said when I signed up all I had to do was call and they would cancel, well, that's certainly not been the case. I am so frustrated and want everyone to know so this doesn't happen to them! I literally have not had a single penny of assistance from them after a year of being a client. They can blankly deceive you because they get you to say things on a recording about what you were told or informed of, then add or delete what they want! Because I was precautios about singing up, but didn't want my children at risk, especially after their little recording conversation. And now I am suffering the consequences of my actions!! Do not do not ever sign in with this company you will regret it!

This company NCE called me after I did an online profile for health insurance in the marketplace. They sent an email with supposedly soft cards in it for me to use after I paid membership fee with which I was told prescription drugs were covered in the plan. There are only coupons no prescription coverage. I argued with an NCE service rep for bin# to give to pharmacy. The rep finally gave me the bin and other number needed and my pharmacy explained this was a coupon discount not equal the saving of my pharmacy savings. I have not received a physical card, which I requested a month ago.
