I once signed up for this electronic newsletter and could never find the emails monthly that were supposed to be coming to me. I called and asked them to take me off the auto renewal and that I did not want this news letter anymore, given that I had never even seen a copy.

They told me that I would have to pay for the remaining subscription but that they would remove me from future renewals. This did not happen and my credit card was once again charged. This is year 3, and they said they would reverse the charges this time.

You need to watch this organization like a hawk. They wil continue to charge your card and as for their newsletter, I have never even seen a copy as i cannot find any newsletters that they ever sent to me!
