I had a problem with their Avalon Organics Products several months ago and I did complain about it heavily to their Horrible Customer Service Department. All they did for ME was send me out Four (4) Full Value Coupons consisting of (2) For $26.00 Dollars Off Any Full Size Item and (2) other $12.00 Dollars Off Any Full Size Item to be used for any Avalon Organics Product instead of Sending Me Out Their Actual, Physical Products which would have been the Right And Correct Thing To Do, Obviously!
Well back on Friday, May 18, 2018 at approximately 6:00 p.m., I took all of the coupons to the CVS Pharmacy located at: 9045 Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills, California 90211 (310) 273-5252 and met with Mr. Kelly Holehan, the Store Manager. He found ME four (4) of their Avalon Organics Products that they sell in the store and when he tried to apply each coupon to each of the Avalon Organics Products, he noticed that NONE of the Coupons Were Working At All! They were completely Illegal, Fake, Fraudulent Coupons that were sent to ME from The Hain Celestial Group, Inc.'s Corporate Offices. I asked Mr. Kelly Holehan, The Store Manager What I should do about it and he told ME that it is NOT CVS's Fault at all in which I Agree with him, but The Hain Celestial Group Inc.'s Fault And Negligence at 100%. I was so angry and upset over the Amount Of Time that I had Wasted with this company NOT only over the phone which was well Over Ten (10) Hours Of My Time For Nothing, but with also going to the CVS store in trying to use the coupons for Nothing as well!
At This Point: I am Not going to Waste Another Single Minute calling up this Stupid, Fake Company, but I am going to Small Claims Court Instead. Please NOTE: They Need To Properly Compensate ME For Their Negligence And For The (10) Hours Of Wasted Hours That I Have Spent Over The Phone In Talking To One Of The Worst Customer Service Departments Ever In My Life! I have had More Than Enough with this Fake Company's Abuse, Lies, Games and B.S.! No More!
