Booked a car through 1stukcarrentals. Had to change my booking urgently, but they never replied at all so had to use another company to rebook. I eventually got a reply though and they gave me a credit. I later rebooked a car but the credit never showed but wrote to them as I had to book 2 other cars. They promised me in writing that I should make the other bookings and the credit would be issued before payment would be taken. Needless to say, payment was taken and no credit was issued.
I have now messaged them 12 times at message centre of their website. Every now and then it shows 'message replied' which is of course no so. Don't use their chat line as it doesn't work!
Various other similar comments on the internet. In short, don't touch this website with a barge pole!
