I have refused to deal with The Bradford Exchange. Every time I receive an advertisement from them, I throw it in the trash unopened. I just received a past due Invoice from them demanding I pay for something I didn't order and no nothing about. I went on their website and contacted customer support via email and accused them of being a fraud and told them I'm not paying for something I never and would never order from them. We'll see what happens next. Keeps sending me invoices when I hadn't bought anything from them. This charge was from a figment of their imagination.

I ordered 3 colleCtions at $65.00 each from this company over a year ago, and each collection they were shipping me 1 piece each 30-60 days. I was then told that the items for 1 of my collections was back ordered, and i waited 6 months. Finally i called them and cancelled with them all the collections because this was taking way too long and halloween was already here and i dont have all the pieces to my halloween set. So they cancelled and told me i would no longer be billed. Now, after 1 years has passed, i have a stupid collection agency calling me saying i owe them $120 for items i did not even receive. They are trying to collect the remaining amount for items not even shipped to me at all.

BEWARE BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT IS A MAJOR RECURRING BILLING SCAM AND A RIPOFF. YOU GET I ITEM EVERY 2-3 MONTHS, AND THEN MOST ITEMS ARE BACKORDERED THAT YOU PAID FOR ALREADY, THEN YOU WAIT 6 MONTHS OR LONGER. AND WHEN YOU CANCEL, THEY TELL YOU YOU WILL NO LONGER BE BILLED. AND THEY TELL ME I OWE NOTHING, I AM PAID IN FULL.

BUT THEY DONT TELL YOU THEY WILL SEND THE ACCOUNT TO A COLLECTION AGENCY AND DEMAND MONEY AND RUIN MY CREDIT FOR ITEMS I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE.

I specifically ordered a Christmas tabletop tree for $69.98 and I have a copy of my order receipt. Bradford Exchange not only sent a wrong item that was conveniently attached to an expensive subscription for additional costs, but they actually changed my order in my account to reflect what they sent and put my order in my shopping cart as if I'd never ordered it!

Again, I have a copy of the original order so how can they get away with this? And Customer Service refuses to give me a postage-paid label to return the order and they are not refunding my money!

This is deceptive practice and internet fraud.
