They're a shady bunch. I think their job is to take as much money from you as possible. No property management place is there for the renter; they're there to maximize their profits. TNT will get all they can out of you.

I hired a cleaning servicee to do a move out clean when I left, and TNT still charged me $300 for cleaning. To top it off, my move-in assesment clearly stated that the property was a filthy mess when I moved in. Do not rent from TNT. They dont keep thier word or care about you as a renter.
