TeeCub order

I have had the exact experience as the others. Ordered shirt, paid, and got a confirmation email. Over a month later, no shirt, no more emails. I emailed support twice with no response. Could not find a phone number or location anywhere on the website. Do not order from TeeCub. Scam. And I don’t have a shirt or my money back. ???? I learned my lesson.

Placed a shirt order on June 4, 2017 but I did not complete the order until I received a discount or free shipping. "Joe" emailed me with free shipping so I placed the order. After that and the deduction from my credit card, I have heard nothing further. I have sent several emails and no response. I have called the phone number and it wouldn't ring. I then contacted the phone company and they received a ring tone but no answer after about 20 rings. No voice mail either. Today is June 30th no luck.

Necklace

I ordered and paid for my Several Pieces of My Heart are in Heaven necklace two months ago and as of yet have not received it. I want my necklace and I cannot understand what the problem is. It was to be a remembrance for our son who died. Please help me get my necklace....,please. My order number is 51449 my name is Patricia Titko. Please help me.

I returned a necklace to where they told me to. After a few emails they emailed and said they did not get it. I sent my conformation number from the post office. They said they would give me a credit. It has been 2 weeks and still no refund. .They do not return my emails.

Necklace

My order on two heart necklaces was never solved June 2016 it's now Dec 2016 was ordered on Facebook and treated like crap through private message no english. Really but I want my necklaces or my money!

I placed four orders with TeeCub on the internet in one day on July 17, 2016 for $121.65, $19.95, $14.95, $7.95. For birthdays. Sent to my address only. I only received the order for $19.95. I have sent them emails on there contact page.

They took all orders off my capital one card.

I have waited over a month for my orders.

They have no phone number to talk with anyone and never send back emails on my orders. Only ones I ever got was thank you for your order.

I ordered and paid for 2 tee shirts, one red one and one blue one, both the same size. I got the red one first and it was fine. A week later I got the blue one. It was too small. I measured the shoulder seams and the blue one was 4 inches smaller across the seams than the red one. I couldn't wear it. I sent an email and they sent me a return address label to send the blue one back. Since they couldn't guarantee the same size as the red one I decided not to order a blue one and they agreed to issue a refund for one shirt. A few days later someone from the support office called and said they mistakenly issued a refund for both shirts, instead of just one. Her argument was, now, that I had to pay again for the red one. I told them that I would pay for the red one again after I saw the total refund on my charge card account. The next day I was contacted again saying that I had to pay for the red one. I, again, said that I would pay for it once I saw the refund. I've never gotten the refund and my calls to their company wont go through. it goes right to a busy signal. When I send an email I get a response that they are too busy and I'll be contacted soon. I'm waiting for a refund of $24.95. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and they've had no luck. What a scam! Do not order from the people!

I ordered a t-shirt for a birthday present. After waiting the 7-10 business days they claim it takes to ship, I emailed them and got the standard form response. I also tried calling the number listed for this business and got a constant busy signal. it is clear to me now that I have been RIPPED OFF! I want to warn as many people as I can- stay away from TEECUB!
