This company is using Facebook to advertise their T-shirt custom printing business as a way to scheme hundreds of customers, especially seniors out of their money by way of trying to sell custom t-shirts with their grandchildrens names and use standard pics of images of boys and girls.

After not receivng my own t-shirt that I had ordered but received some else's T-shirt I tried calling, email numerous times and even posted a picture on the commet section of their facebook page to try and find the owner of the shirt I had received. I offered to send it to the rightful owner myself just so they could get it by Christmas but this company then blocked be from posting any further comments or being able to post of their facebook page.

To date I still have a shirt that does not belong to me with 17 grandchildren's names on it. God only knows if someone has my shirt or if it was even sent out.

This company is clearly using Faceook, the internet and the emotions of mothers and grandmothers to run this scam and they need to be stopped.

I myself filed a report with the BBB at http://bbb.org/detroit on 12/15/2016 and received a email from them this morning 1/17/2017 which reads the case is closed because the company never responded to them.Duh, well I guess not since they are not a legit company.

Any attorney in the Detroit area that is interested into checking into this online company scam I feel a class action suit may be warranted.

I ordered a tee from tee4coolgrandma at the end of November 2016. In mid December I received an email stating it was in shipping and the tracking information would be emailed to me shortly. Unfortunately that was the last I heard from them.

I have emailed several times and even called the 24x7 hotline they have receiving either no response or very vague messages. I am disappointed because this was supposed to be a gift for my mother for christmas and when it didn't arrive I figured I'll just do it for her birthday in January. Obviously it is not coming and I am annoyed that I can't even speak to some real about a possible refund. This was supposed to be a trusted site, but it is not!!!

I think it should definitely be taken down at the very least get facebook to block them for fraud!

Ordered a personalized Grandma tshirt on November 19, 2016. Transaction done and money processed immediately. It is now January 22, 2017 I have never received the tshirt and every email has the same response, it's in shipping and on its way?

Sorry For Your Experience but my Order arrives on Time

I bought this t-shirt for my husband for Father's day because our daughter used to tease him and say that he and our granddaughter were partners in crime. He loved it and wears it often so I think it might be one of his favorite shirts. Thanks.

I ordered 2 shirts, one was to be personalized PAPA and the other, Grandma.

The PAPA one came as Grandfather due to a computer glitch or something on THEIR end because the AD i clicked and link in my order says PAPA. I never changed anything to reflect GRANDFATHER on my end.

The Grandmother one has pot leaves in the picture, implying that I smoke weed with my toddler grandkids.

I was told they could be removed if I request it. I never knew they were going to be on there in the first place or would never have ordered it. WHO MAKES A GRANDMA SHIRT LIKE THAT!?

NO RETURN PHONE CALLS.

Just standard type emails in BROKEN ENGLISH giving me 20 percent off to re-order and get ripped off again!

Their site says they leave no stone unturned to keep customer satisfied but that couldn't be further from the truth.

They sent a tee shirt with white paint burnt into collar. It was a man's Xl, I ordered a lady's Xl. I have sent at least 15 emails with know results. I can't find any other way to contact them. Know way for replacment or refund.

I placed an order online for 2 customized "tees4coolgrandma" teeshirts, at the beginning of May. It stated that my order would be there for Mother's day. As of this date, 05/22/2017 I have yet to receive my order. I went on their site to ask them to track my order, and it was at this time, I saw a review stating that this is a fraudulant company.

This then lead me to filing a report with this company, which I am hopeful that this isn't a fraud as well.

I ordered a Tshirt for my mother as a surprise to announce to her that she will now be a grandmother. This was ordered 2 months ago and I have yet to receive the product, even though this fake company took my money. I have left messages and called numerous times with no response. After searching further about this company online, I am not the only one. Many others have had their money stolen and no product shipped. I can only imagine the poor grandmothers out there that this fake company preys upon. I tried writing a review on their website, but they do not allow any bad reviews. Go figure. This scam should no longer be allowed to run online stealing innocent people's money! It is absolutely shameful! I have also filed a complaint with the FTC.

Ordered an item on the 20th of November - Order #37159. Today I still have no received my item. They now have marked me as spam on their facebook page - so I now can not contact them via messenger, and I can not comment or like/dislike any of their posts. They have my money, & it seems like alot of other peoples money too and they too dont have their items.

I place an order for 2 items on November 27th and was told this could take about three to six weeks. December 15th I received an email saying my order, "was in shipping" and I would receive another email with the reacting number. Two weeks later, I did not receive my order nor a tracking number. I sent numerous emails and did not receive a reply until late December saying there was an error with printing my order and they would have to reprint to send me my correct order. After about two months of waiting, I finally received my order. However the sweatshirt has an incorrect name. I checked my order confirmation confirmation and it showed the names I wanted on my two items spelled correct. I have email called and sent a facebook message asking if they could send me the correct item, but have not gotten a response from them.

Sent emails and only got a pre written message saying my order was in shipping. Here it is Jan 27th and still no package. They printed a shipping label and sent me a tracking number last week but when I called usps they said they only printed the label only Jan 16th but never had it scanned or picked up for delivery. Being a single mom of four and paying that amount of money for presents for your family members just to find out you were scammed is very hard to get over.

This company is a total scam. In November 2016, I ordered a shirt for $39.99 (which was already on sale). My money was immediately taken out of my account. I got a confirmation email that stated two to three weeks.

THe first week of January, I started trying to contact the company. I have sent multiple emails, made mulitple calls (and left messages. The greeting says that they will call you back, as they are assisting someone else), tried making contact on messanger, facebook, through the online portal on their site. I even tried texting the phone number. I never got a response.

I was able to make contact one time, and was told that there was a problem with the printer, and that is was now resolved and my shirt would arrive within ten days. I asked what city or state they were located in, but the seller immediately disconnected without answering.

A day or two later, I received an email that it was shipping. That was ten days ago. Still no shirt. Today, I received another email that it is shipping. I have again tried to reach the seller, but to no avail. This site is a fraud. They willlingly take your money but do not actually have anything to sell.

I ordered a custom made shirt on 12/11/2016 which the website explained the gift would arrive in time for Christmas. The gift did not arrive and I have spent far too much time trying to email a server that only sends automatic responses. The telephone number listed on teh website does not get answered by a human being. This company has taken my money with no product to show for it.

This internet site was advertized on Facebook offering custom T-shirts. I placed an order, they took my money, and I have never received my shirt. I have exchanged emails several times receiving conflicting messages. "The order has shipped. There was an error at the shipping facility. The order is on its way." Still I received nothing. When I demanded my money back they never answered another email. I tried there phone number, but all you get is an answering machine and they never return your phone call.

I placed an order at the end of November for a t-shirt for my grandma. I paid for my order, and I was emailed and reassured that I would receive my item by Christmas. They emailed and told me that my item would take 2-3 weeks. I waited and waited. I emailed the company at least 4 times asking if my shirt would arrive by Christmas. They emailed me back twice saying that my shirt was in shipping. It did not arrive for Christmas, it did not arrive. This service is a scam. I can't believe they are still operating and taking money from customers. This was a huge disappointment for my Christmas giving. I was not able to have a present for my grandma, because I was assured that my package would arrive. It was all false, and I still can't believe that they haven't refunded me or anything. They keep saying the package is in shipping. Well, it could have traveled the globe by now and come back. Don't shop there anyone!

Placed an order totalling $54.85 on the 25th Nov 16. We have not received the items (as of 16th Jan 2017) and we always get the same automated email response when we email them. We are in Australia so calling the 24x7 customer support number will cost us a lot of money.

At first they told my my order was in shipping after writing them the first time and they told me they would email me the tracking number when they get it. A couple weeks went by and nothing. I wrote them again and they said something went wrong and they had to reprint my moms shirt and they would let me know when it would be shipped out. I wrote her one last time asking for a refund and she blocked me and now won't respond to anything I write to her. this company is a scam and I really want something done about this.

I ordered a T shirt in response to a Facebook ad. Oct 2016 . Recieved confirmation of order email , followed by several follow up emails reassuring that printing takes time and product would be dispatched. Emial December to say product in shipping and details to follow . Responses to my email have been standard " product is being printed and will follow with shipping details.

No product. Clearly a scam . Frequent emails followed advertising sligjtly differnt products but same company .

I ordered a personlaised tee shirt for my mother on the 4th november 2016 , paying over $30 USD.

I was given an order confirmation number and inforemd the tee shirt would ship within 2 -3 weeks.

On january 12th 2017 I emailed sam requesting an update to my order. the response was :

We are experiencing high inflow of support email. Your email is recieved and we will try to get back to you within 24-48 hours. Please bear with us if it is a little late.

The company Tee 4 Cool Grandma, https://tee4coolgrandma.com, boosts posts on Facebook to get sales; but check their Facebook page, and you can see the practice is to charge credit cards and not supply the product. I placed an order for 2 shirts on November 20, 2016. As of January 13, 2017 I have no shirts and no contact from the company. Their phone number does not work. I do plan on contacting my credit card to attempt to get the fraudulent charges removed. It's clear from looking at their Facebook page, this is a routine for them that's been allowed to continue .

Ordered a tee shirt on October 30, 2016. money was taken from my account next day. I waited 4 weeks like I was told. I sent an email inquiring where the merchandise was.

I was told that because it was custom made it would take longer. End of November still no tee, Sam said that it had been shipped december 9th.

It is now January 13, 2017 and I still don't have my order. The tracking number I received was invalid so . I'm out 31.00 and no merchandise

I ordered a shirt from T4coolgrandma.com on December 7th, and never received my order. I received an email on December 16th stating that my order had been shipped. On December 29th I sent the company an email asking when is get my order and received no response. Then on January 4th I received an email saying that there was a hiccup in the printing department and that my order had to be redone. That makes no sense seeing as how it was already shipped on the December 16th. On January 10th I called and left them a message, again getting no response. When you call it goes straight to voicemail, when you email them nothing. I called again on January 11th and again straight to voicemail. My card was charged $30.00 and I have NOTHING to show for it

It's never happened. I then received an email on Dec 23rd saying my order was shipped. Another email on Dec 27th saying there was a "hiccup" with my order and it was delayed in printing. I went on their web page and called the phone number listed and it has a very generic answering machine. I've commented on their Facebook statuses and chatted with a female who said she received her shirts and even posted pictures. I am no longer getting any responses to my emails or the messages I've left on their machine.

I made an online order on December 15th. I purchased 2 shirts and paid using a debit card. I received confirmation of payment. It says it can take up to 3 weeks for delivery since it has to be customized and printed. I was receiving emails about the status of my order and it stated that I would receive a tracking number when my order shipped. On December 23,2016, I received an email saying my order was shipped, but no tracking number was provided.

I emailed them numerous times and when I finally received a response from "Sam", it stated that there was a "hiccup" I'm printing so my order was delayed. That email was received on December 27,2016. I have attempted to call the number on their web page and only get a very generic voice mail. I even commented on their Facebook page and had a woman respond saying she received her shirts and even posted pictures. I have not received any more emails or a return phone call.

I made my order 12/5/16 and i ordered 4 coffee mugs from them it was almost 100 dollars worth of stuff it was suposed to be here by christmas i have tried contacting them and i get no responce its not fair im going on my income i have a family and i work i make 9.00 an hour and i dont like to be taken avantange of thank you.

And the email just keeps sending, your order is in shipping. I've asked them for my shipping information being that it says my order is in shipping and no response. Please never order from them, it's a scam.

I ordered 3 shirts from this company in early November and only received 1 shirt. They haven’t returned multiple calls and emails after 2 weeks. I will have to report to my bank. Do not buy from them! Looks like others have similar or worse problems.

I ordered a shirt for my mother in law for christmas from Tee 4 Cool Grandma on Nov. 20. The website said the shipping would take 2-4 weeks, and I thought that is a good time to have the shirt. It has been 6 weeks and I still don't have the shirt. I have emailed them and messaged them on facebook, and they didn't reply. I am getting tired of waiting now, and I either want my shirt or my money back. This is a rip off site.

I placed an order on November 28 for a tshirt and a coffee mug. When I inquired a few weeks later where my order was, I got an email stating that my order was in shipping on December 15 and I will be getting a tracking number. I never received a tracking number. I inboxes them on facebook with 1 reply when I get the tracking number you will get it. I even emailed them with no response. I once again inboxes them with no response. I left a few comments on their facebook page warning people about this company. I even called them with no response. Tonight when I went to inbox them I found out that I have now been blocked from their Facebook page plus I can't message them. I phoned their number again and left a not so nice message. If I am not going to get my order I then want my money back.

I ordered a shirt for my mother on November 18, 2016. I had not received it by early December and contacted the company. I received no reply. I contacted them again both via email and Facebook. I finally received a reply stating the order was being processed. I had still not received it by December 23 and asked for a refund via Facebook. On December 26 I received an message stating they would not refund the purchase because it would be bad for business. I tried to review the store in Google but there is no store to review. I tried to review the store in its website but unfortunately they only accept reviews on individual products so I tried to review the product I ordered. After submitting the review I received a message stating the review will display once approved by the administrator. No wonder they have such high reviews! They cherry pick the reviews.

They paid themselves from a Paypal account on November 16, 2016 after I made a paypal payment to them on November 14th. No response from about three weeks ago, no tracking number, nothing telling me that it left shipping. I now believe I've been scammed and they continue to advertise on Facebook for what it's worth. I'm out about thirty dollars. Facebook, by the way, will do nothing. I hope you guys catch up with them. I looked up their area code 855, and that prefix is associated with scamming. Get them. I ordered two shirts from this site on November 20 and have yet to receive any info on my order. They wont return my facebook messages, phone messages, or even my emails. I've left them negative feedback on their site numerous times and still nothing.

I ordered a "This Nana belongs to..." sweatshirt on November 28th and was charged $39.98 to my Capital One credit and can not get a valid response from the company about my order. Two weeks after ordering I was told that my order was processed and that tracking would be availabel soon. Now 4 weeks later I keep getting generac emails about there being a printing hiccup but that my order is in shipping. I've called which goes to voicemail, emailed, facebook messaged and left comments on the facebook page but no reply.

I ordered two shirts on November 24, 2016 was emailed a confirmation number and was told my tracking number would be sent out once the order was completed and put in the mail three weeks later I have not received anything I have emailed them several times asking for a tracking number and have called their 1-855-393-4946 phone number to try and cancel my transaction and have follow their directions to cancel my transaction and I have gotten no response. I went to the website and noticed that there has been A lot of negative feedback since October 2016 stating that this company was a fraud company and that nobody has received any of their purchases since October and has just been taken for their money and the company has been turned into the Better Business Bureau. I have emailed again to the company and stated that I do want a full reimbursement of the amount I purchased the product for. This company needs to be turned in and shut down.

I order shirts for Christmas and placed the order on November 17th and they took my money and I have emailed and called several times to see where my order is and no response and the phone message says to leave a message and they will return when they get done with the customer their on the phone with but that says that at any hour of the day and no call back and email says they are experiencing higher volume and they will get back with me in 24 to 48 hours and don't now I'm 2 days from Christmas and don't have any gifts. Extremely not happy I am a mother of 3 and spent almost 100 dollars on 3 shirts for their grandma's for christmas and I started surfin the internet to see if I could find any other number or reviews and now I am even more mad because I am not gonna have a gift nor am I gonna get money back to get a new gift.

This company was sponsored by Facebook and was posted to my account, I read other comments many people liked it so I decided it was a good purchase. I purchased a month ago they said to give it 3-4 weeks for delivery but it should be there no later than 4 weeks. I tried to email numerous times only one person would reply with very little educational skills. Once I had enough of the excuses and the lies I dug a little deeper and found out that hundreds of people have been scammed by this company. It needs to be shut down!

I ordered tshirts in October for Christmas gifts. They kept emailing and saying it was on it's way but nothing arrived. They refused to give me a refund. It is not a legit business. They blocked me from their Facebook page when I complained.

This company is fraudulent. Many people have ordered from them and never received the product. I ordered Oct 25th and after numerous e-mail I still have not received my T-shirt as of Dec 21. This is ridiculous. Someone started a facebook page Dec 18th and we already have 61members that have gone through this.

So many people have ordered Tshirts & other items of clothing, only to receive nothing after weeks & months of waiting (myself included). No response to emails or facebook messages either. On their facebook page all negative reviews & comments are/have been automatically deleted, & though most posts have plenty of comments, they can not be read (when you click on comments you are told there aren't any yet). There plenty of angry faces there also. This company or person is/are extremely dodgy & ripping off innocent people & something needs to be done. Their business is facebook based.
