I hired Jim Grover of TecCon in Hickory, NC to purchase and install a 150 inch projector with Sony 4k Projector as well as install surround sound and universal remote. It was one of the larger jobs he said he has received and costed multiple thousands of dollars for the entire job. The main reason I am filing this complaint is because Jim Grover refuses to honor his workmanship. We have had multiple problems with the networking of the unit, syncing everything together and problems with surround sound and more. Jim refuses to answer his phone and his voicemail is almost always full.

I finally decided to keep calling him in hopes he would answer. He left me a terrible voicemail telling me never to call him again. I still have major issues with my system. It's been since April 2015 (It's September now) and we have hardly been able to use this extremely expensive system. Jim is refusing to answer phone calls, text or anything to come out and fix the problem. This is my last and final recourse before going to court. Desired Settlement: Repair Desired Outcome Description: Honor your 1-year warranty. Answer your phone. Treat me like a customer and not as an annoyance. Fix my continual problems I'm having
