We Sent 550 for dog to be delivered to door, They ran into a problem and needed additional 950. They said the puppy neede additional shots and an airconditioned kennel. We were told we would get the money back upon returning the carrier.
Sent them $925 for 2 puppies including air delivery. On delivery day they required additional $900 for AC ventilated crate and vaccines to ship.United Pet Safe contacted me by email and phone. I did not receive the puppies or the requested refund.
