This is a horrible underhanded company. I have a judgment against them for $15k for unlawful violations and harassment under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act plus $4400 in attorney fees. TCM found out where I worked at a large university and called all of the people in my department, including the Director, leaving multiple messages on their voice mails stating that they needed to talk to me immediately because I owed them money or there would be legal repercussions. I had to file Cease and Desist orders against them to stop the harassment at work. I was awarded every single motion I filed against them.
