Like every j1 student, i wanted to get my taxes back when i got back to my country and i see commercials and suggestions about them. Besides they are so slow, they do not inform you about anything. You think you are done with documents and they are saying everything is fine. Week later when you check their website they claim that they inform you and your documents are missing.
Finally when they are trying to send my money i gave them my USD account and they tried to send it with Turkish Lira. And now they claim that they did not get the money and want me to check my account. By the way i went to US in 2016 summer. And it has been more than a month that they sent my money. I never ever and ever recommend you to go with this company it is better not to get your refund.
