Tapjoy is a company that offers in game currentency in exchange for work being done such as tasks or installing and playing other games. Tapjoy frequently defaults on offers stating excuses unknown to customers. Communication is poor and they do anot allow follow up.
All Tapjoy decisions are final and there is no repeal system. The company has defrauded on multiple occasions and continues to practice shady operation.
Tapjoy website is a perfect example of how they oporate as there is no way to contact them directly without going through the screening automated system.
WARNING they have been removed from iTunes and like places they are a fraudulent company there "offers” are never from the actual company I.e. Dairy Queen wants to know when you last visited lie! Dairy Queen has no affiliation. They offer coins to download apps but the offers disappears as if it never existed and your reward never gets paid out. They are sharing you info with people who will literally stalk you via phone, computer, email I once did a offer for Norwegian cruis. I never got paid and was called through out the morning after noon and evening starting at 6 am. I repeatedly blocked every number they called from it did not end for a at least a few months and I still get calls even though it was years ago. I did the offer. I once did a pre paid credit card offer and ended it because of them wanting my social security number. Guess what the card came days later will all my information even though I didn’t even submit it years later the owner of that prepaid card did 300+ Soft inquiry’s on me.
Got that report from my one free yearly report that gives full detail of all info. We need to stop any and all of these companies in there tracks and our People from being harassed by Tapjoy.
Someone should take legal action against this company if all of the other complaints around the web are true. I thought I was having problems with my account alone but it is clearly quite common. They lure you into buying things or downloading apps with promises of "currency" in various online/mobile games. You never get the currency. I'm guessing it works for some people but there must be enough of a problem in the system that it is actionable. I have tried all sorts of things to correct my missing credits and I get emails from the company that are either generic or claiming credits were awarded. It is ridiculous. It is a class action waiting to happen. Breech of contract!! I fulfilled the obligation and they are not.
I use the NextPlus App on google play. Its free calling and text messaging app. In order to get free calling credits u need to click on offers and complete them or use your credit or debit card to subscribe to offers or make purchases on order to receive an X amount of free calling credits. I completed so many offers and used my credit debit card information for subscriptions to earn calling credits but more than half the time im Not Credited the Calling credits it claims im to receive for doing so. Its A SCAM. Ive been deceived to make subscriptions n make charges on my card and dont receive the credits as promised.
