I AM HAVEING TROUBLE USING MY CARD MACHINE AND IT IS NOT WORKING AND I CALL THE COMPANY AND GET NO ANSWER SO MY CUSTOMERS CAN NOT USE THERE CREDIT CARDS AND I MIGHT LOOSE CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF THIS. ELSIE ROMA

Talus is the worst

Sales person lied

Helpline is inept and late if they return your call

System is frequently down

I would do anything to get out of my contract with them!!

You will lose money working with them

I was contacted at my salon by a Talus Credit card processing representative from Dallas Texas , She said she as referred to me by a friend who is already a customer of Talus.. Not true. She then gave me a "special pricing " deal for a 1 year contract to process my credit cards at .5% on regular signed receipt transactions. .25 cents each on debit cards with customer punched in pin number, pin based debit free of percetage fees. monthly fee of $12.50. Plus $30 one time set up fee. and free equiptment. Well I have used the machine for 3 transactions in about a month. Equiptment doesn't seem to work properly so I called the 800 number. Operator says the machine will automatically reject pin numbers and require payer to use credit option only for the service I have. He said debit cards will be more expensive for me to process anyway and that the percentage would actually be 5% and .25 cents per transaction and also reminded me of the "Corporate Fee" ( this is marked through on my contract and written in "Does Not Apply") This is an additional $98 which since I signed up in July will be deduducted from my checking account on Sept 1st. I still don't know how often that fee is taken. I told him I was lied to and I have a signature on those lies. He said "Sorry , you will have to discuss your issue with an account representative, They are only available Monday - Friday from 8-5. Oh and by the way not one penny has been deposited into my checking account as of today. I will be filing with the federal trade commission and the FDIC in the morning. I will continue to call their 800 number to try and resolve this obvious fraudulent contract and unethical trade practice. Beware, Talus Pay, Talus Payments Dallas. Beware, Synovus Bank. I have one address in Columbus GA and 1 address in P.O Box 836795 Richardson Texas 75083. No Individual Names available at this time.

Talus Payments/ Future Payment Technologies refuses to negogiate in good faith and will not provide an Agent For Service so I can file suit! I opened and closed a merchant sevices account with Crescent Processing Company several years ago. ..who is now operating as either Future Payment Technologies LP AND/ OR Talus Payments and although the account was closed terminal returned and has had no activity since according to their own records 2013 they continue to take monthly merchant service fees out of my account.

I have never been notified that Crescent Processing Company changed names and do not recieve any monthly, quarterly, or even yearly statements and can only indentify them from a bank statement where the withdraws are transacted under BCKD Merchant Fees Co which I was under the impression had been closed over 4 years ago when I swithed to another Merchant Processing Company that has also since been closed ( As it turns out I was being doubled charged from both companies the whole time although I wasn't using Talus/ Future or Crescent)

I have contacted the Texas Secretary of State and they could not find a record for Talus Payments so I'm having a difficult time locating an Agent For Service and repeated request to speak with Cindy Thompson who appears to be the Principal and/or VP of Client Services are not returned. I feel like my only chance to recover the fee's they have collected for several years without providing any statements or services will only be resolved if I can have my day in court but to date they refuse to negogiate in good faith or give me their Agent of record so I can file suit.
