I want my money back!! The piece of “wood” that mounts to the wall, and has the shelf and storage area mounted to it, is particle board!!! The right side hinge screw pulled out of the “board”. This thing is a pile of crap!! I will be having the charges reversed on my CC. I would not recommend this company’s products.
I received my Patriot 35S concealment shelf. I am very impressed with the craftsmanship and overall quality of the unit. Their are some poor reviews mostly about the length of time to complete and deliver the unit. I think people are so used to mass production for quick return so when you have a company that is 100% to quality making each individual item as perfect as possible I will take that in exchange for a little longer construction time. It will be obvious when you receive your shelf. Expect it to take a week or two longer than a piece of inferior quality and you won't regret it. There are not many companies left in America that subscribe to this philosophy. Enjoy it while it lasts, I hope for a very very long time. The price is very reasonable for the piece that you will receive.
This company advertised on Facebook with an InFO Commercial, looked very professional, sincere Military Man giving presentation
of a "TacitalGun Shelf Unit, to conceal a weapon. They charged my Master card $216.00 and have not delivered the merchandise.
It has been over 17 days and no response from them. They are also Operating under the Name of: "PLATINUM AQUISITIONS, INC".What is even more bothersome, they are still running their commercials on Facebook Scaming more people. I spent some time researching them
out but did not Aquire any information on them at the time since they were operating under a different name.
Please don't buy or be scammed by this company, they are "No Good Thief's"
I am disputing the charge and haver no desire to do business with them at any time now or the future.

It is supposed to give "warning beeps" before batteries die...it doesn't. Batteries are dead and it won't open. No response from "customer service". I guess I'm just going to have to tear it apart...no other choice.
Its been over 2 months that I placed my order and nothing they just keep sending Emails to upgrade and I decline. I have Emailed them 10 times & no response and no shelf I tryed to call many times and no answer this company.
Took my money and fales to contact me at all I'm out $216.00 and they dont care. My friend wanted one & the same thing happend to him, what a scam these guys are dont waste your money on them you will regret it.

Have had my Tactical Traps for over 6 months, and am quite pleased with it. The unit is well made, using finished hardwood for all exposed surfaces and quality plywood (not particle board) for unexposed structural members. My only complaint is that the the adhesive on the metal magnet base is too weak to support the lamp, and had to be taped in place. I have recommended these to my friends and family.
I was a little worried after seeing so many complaints BUT not any more. While it took longer than expected, My shelf arrived the other day and it was well worth the wait. Its made of beautiful solid wood and functions exactly like the videos show. I have to resist the temptation of playing with it every time I walk by. I definitely plan on purchasing another to mount in my RV. I took one star for the long wait and they could do better on their communication. They did respond to our inquiries but it took several days. Outstanding product!!

They are visible to anyone in the room. They also have to be applied in the right orientation in order for the shelf to open. If you need access fast, I forsee some fumbling in order to get the magnets in the right place quickly.

ordered my shelf on 8/8/2018. they estimate 7-10 buisness days to make and ship.
today is 9/5 2018,almost a month now.still no shelfI will call tommorrow and inquire why the delay,depending on there responce
,Imay refute charges with my credit card company and demand refund for goods ordered and not received.this is fraud,mailorder fruad.
we will see when i call them tommorrow,and possibly create problems for them.
