Kerrie Zhivago AKA Droban, was appointed to me by Maricopa County Office of Public Defense Services for post-conviction relief. I called her for a week before I heard from her. The communication was deplorable. Ineffective counsel. I was passed off to her assistant, Tammy Hardy with T&T Investigations.
I am uploading clips of my call showing how untrusting and how I was verbally abused by Tammy. This partnership loses cases and why would you trust them or want them to represent you? I was told by Tammy who they lose cases.
Tammy said, she the woman who lied on a police report destroyed my life and if I cannot trust them, get another team. Wow! Not a team I wanted who would fight for me regardless of the circumstances.
