Wost company ive ever delt with in my life, from jump 2 weeks go by no pick up we call and was told they signed off as if they picked it up.. I paid 3 months in advance and they picked up the trash as they wanted. again we called was suppose to get a call back from a manger was told this 3 times no call and was told no refund would be given. once the mistake was realized was given a credit but was told i can only use it if i give them more money its going to come off that bill... my house stinks i have trash outside can is full... i was treated as if i was lieing about pickup , who has time to call everyday and lie about trash being picked up... im contacting the news company BBB, and whoever else will pickup the story from reading the reviews they need to be shut down . looks like they have a habit of not picking up trash and each situation isnt delt with .... this is stealing flat out.. i paid for a service and i cant get it unless i give more money..
