Upon bringing my Grandma's old collectibles to T&L Auction Services, Ottawa IL, was told I'd be charged 25% of all sales. PROBLEM is that they cherry pick your stuff first, then auction off the rest. I took pictures of items, and never received payment for any of it. It took T&L at least 2 weeks to get back to me as to WHERE the tickets (money) is for certain items. And even still when caught red handed, owner manager LORETTA GASS shorted me again. I have proof with witness and pictures on items that were trusted to her to sell. My family decided not to bring the police and charge her. Instead we will smear her since she can't bring herself to give a check for what she has stole. SHAME SHAME EVERYBODY KNOWS YOUR NAME LORETTA GASS T & L AUCTIONS! My Gram's JUNK meant something to us, very disrespectful company.
