This company is operating with inept mangement that pursues tenants that live ther to give them money for things that the tenant does not owe to them. they went after me when i first lived there in 2013 for their badly designed fire alarms. to explain this is for many many months wile i lived there the fire alrms sounded off on an average og 3 to 4 times every week and the entire floor had to be evacuated every time it sounded. they blamed me for doing that and tried to get me to pay them over $900.00.
it took an attorney to make them stop their scams for this issue alone.
because of my fighting them about this issue they found it necessary to file a bad credit report on me.
in their credit filing they are wanting me to just hand over to them $2989.00 without them ever asking me for the money. they just went ahead and filed it never saying why they want my money.
