I ordered the insoles they advertised online and paid through PayPal. No notice of shipping, but a notice from PayPal they were paid on October 24th for $71! I haven't received them or heard from them on shipping. How do I get my money back? OR are they going to contact me with how long it will take to get the product. The scam reports are not good and now I'm feeling ripped off for a product I was looking forward to receiving.
I ordered some insoles. the order at the end had other things tacked onto it with charges that I did not authorize. website has no provision to remove items or cancel order. contacted paypal, they looked into it then let it go through. there is no recourse that I have found. They add things into order that I definitely did not order, and steal the money from your account. so now I'm wasting more time on her to try and at least save other disabled veterans from becoming victims as my dumb a** did.
After placing my order through facebook for "mindinsoles" a shoe insert that a fast flashy video makes one believe that the military supports the products, i see a disclaimer that it could be 30 days before receiving these high priced pieces of junk. Then after about 3 days i received an email that it will be longer than 30 days but i would receive the new improved "stronger magnet" insoles for better healing. Magnets for healing was a redflag so i investigated and saw others here on yscam and better business bureau. I contacted the company via their email and also started a dispute through paypal that this company is a sham selling an un-proven product for 4 times similar cost products and i wanted my order cancelled and a full refund. Instead, the company eswell sends notice through paypal dispute that delivery should be within 15 days, mentions a 30 day money back guarantee but puts a link for their terms and conditions which states they accept returns "for store credit only". If that is not the definition of a yscam company then i don't know what is. They did finally send me their junk insoles when i refused and wanted the order cancelled and refunded. The company obviously refused to cancel my order which i am entitled to cancel an order that had not been shipped.
I am still in the middle of dispute with paypal but paypal only ping pongs messages back and forth between the customer and vendor. So i want to know how to return this junk that has to be cut to fit and get my refund. I have asked the company many times for my refund. Beware unethical business practices including charging you prior to shipping and giving you false information via email and refuses to cancel orders or honer a real money back guarantee. Scam. Stay away from this company.

He immediately called credit card company to open an investigation, however, they came back that this is a valid purchase. He never received any products, and no communication from this company at all. He had called credit card company to re-open this dispute again.
Most of these mail order businesses are scams. I was burned once by a company calling themselves “ Village” something, working out of US...selling some kind of sheet you can use inside BBQ. I cancelled before they shipped, but they kept my shipping money for something they NEVER shipped! NEVER again would I fall for such scams. Our governments seem to be ignoring such scams. I thought this company was in good reputation, they are not
I believe they are a scam, I don't have any information as to how to contact them,
there are other reports that indicate scam Fraud, I have a payment on my pay pal
am disputing it for no receipt of goods, it states electronic equipment, and then something to do with insoles
for shoes mindless something claim. These people are a SCAM in my estimation.

I fell to a scam!! They took $89, from paypal.
Never received product ordered on 10-27 and no way to contact them.
