STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS MAN AS EAST IS FROM WEST! Attorney Wilson Daniel Swayze allowed my Application for Patent to go Abandoned without ever giving me any notification. He is a scam artist and not to be trusted. This man should be stopped from swindling people from their rightful opportunities to Patent their ideas. After paying this man almost $5,000 he failed to respond or notify me of an office action request by the USPTO. Thereby allowing the application to go into abandonment. I recently discovered that someone else has my idea on the market. After,I reached out to an Infringement attorney is when I discovered , that Swayze allowed my application for patent to go into abandonment . In addition, to everything else Swayze advised the Infringement lawyer that he sent me notification of the application for patent going into abandonment in February 2010. This crook also went as far as to type up a fake notification letter that was never sent to me. I have written the USPTO, New York State Bar, New York City Bar, Etc. regarding his unscrupulous practices. I strongly recommend others who have been scammed by this man to do the same.
