My story starts back in the year 2012; I worked for someone else at the time mowing lawns and doing small preservation jobs on vacant properties. This "someone else" worked for Surety Lending Solutions(SLS). He was trained by Dustin Fleiner from SLS and I ran the "someone else" crew while he traveled to the New Orleans, LA area to get some training on other types of work orders in order to satify client needs. The "someone else" ended up getting burnt by SLS and didn't get paid for some work orders he had performed satisfactory with all photos required submitted. He had a checklist and reviewed it and had the order done correctly and properly; yet SLS stated that clients rejected invoices for various reasons that didn't seem logical or make sense. Eventually "someone else" got tired of this and quit SLS and eventually got the money he was owed.

In 2013 I started my own business and started working on the vacant homes myself, mostly doing lawncare at first. Then in 2014 SLS sends me an application to fill out, or a vendor agreement rather. Hesitant and knowing how they handled my previous employer, I refused to sign on. Then in 2015, I was running low on work and decided to give them a shot. I figured if they are still in business, then they must be doing well and maybe the thing that happened in 2012 with my previous boss was just a bad time for SLS. I proceeded to sign on and was keeping up with my orders and making sure i was being paid. Some time goes by and some orders here and there begin to not get paid. The volume of work was high, I began to get very busy.

Then I did one big bid approval and 3 months go by and I haven't been paid. I stress this to SLS and demand to be paid as the job totaled around 1300.00 and I wasn't about to let them tell me that I wasn't going to be paid. I went ahead and called up the company who was the client paying out, I give them the work order number and asked if it had been paid out and they said "Yes". So right then, I knew that they were getting paid for jobs and NOT paying me. I threatened to put a lien on the property saying my lawyer suggested to do so, but it really was just me trying to say anything to make them budge without saying "Hey, I know you're ripping me off". It worked and I was paid the next week. Putting liens on properties puts them in a bind and the bank trying to sell the home. Makes them look bad too.

So after that, I work until about August 2017. All in all, I'd say they got me out of anywheres from 4-6,000.00. I have documented dispute forms, emails, and texts that prove this. The only way to see that they go down is to NOT work for them! Karma will have it's way. Check this out, If I knew I was doing 125.00 sales cleans for 65.00, and they still cannot pay on that; they are down bad and pathetic. Most of the time they are making over double what you are making on bid approvals and they still don't pay their contractors.

RUN, do not walk away from this company. I worked for them as an employee, not a vendor. First, they are struggling to keep the doors open. If you aren't getting paid on larger jobs, it's likely because they can't afford to pay you so they just push it off and tell you they haven't been paid by the client. That's actually a lie, they go through your pay and cherry pick which orders they will pay you on. The elusive accounting department is actually just the owner Adam Trainque pretending like it's someone else. It's probably faster to just call or email him directly [email protected] or 504-493-3717. I promise you, there is no accounting, billing or legal department, it's all Adam. Their contract is complete s**t and will never hold up in court. They've even admitted it themselves. If you want your money, file liens. I promise you the bank will find out and force them to pay you what is owed in full immediately. SLS can't afford the legal fees to take you to court anyway.

If you are thinking of becoming an employee here, don't do it. You will be under paid and over worked. Adam, Ben and Dustin are incredibly sexist. They have had a claim filed against them with the EEOC for mistreatment of a pregnant woman while working for them. I personally witnessed Ben Blouin yell at her in front of the entire office with zero remorse. Her claim against them was justified and they were forced to settle. They justify their behavior by calling it "leadership". Dictatorship is a more accurate description of that office.

And one last thing to leave you with - The review posted by Tony Jordan on google is 1000% Adam or Ben who work for the company. This is the spill they preach to all new vendors to get them to sign on. Hopefully this company closes it's doors soon. They are without a doubt one of the worst companies out there.
