I saw an add on Instagram diet pills that were on shark tank and once I went into the website I saw the special for ThermoBurn buy 3 get 2 free. I was expecting to spend about $100 but once I saw I was charged $198 I was surprised and I called right away to cancel. I called Supreme Living and they said I needed to wait until I received the bottles so I can return them. I never received any bottles. I called my credit card company, Citibank and told them I wanted to cancel my order and tried with the vendor but they said I needed to wait to receive the product. I opened a dispute but the credit card company received a response saying it was delivered. Why should I have to pay for a product I was not expecting to pay that much and for a product I didnt receive. Today I called back and spoke to someone and I was told they can't transfer to a supervisor and no one is available to speak to me. I believe this is a scam because I did not authorize the charge of $198. Supreme living says that my account at there company is frozen because of the dispute that's why they were not able to help me and I should work with my credit card company. They did provide proof that the product was delivered but that is not true. This is a scam.
*I order 1 trial bottle of thermo burn I was billed for 5 bottles at 198 dollars I've never received any bottles I tried to cancel my order thru my debit card company brinks also known as measured I ordered the trial bottle on May 5th within 30 minutes of my call I told brinks that I wanted to cancel the order because I believed it was a scam because I got an email confirmation stating they were taking 198 that was not what I had authorized brinks told me that they would cancel my card and issue me a new one and Mark that transaction fradulant bit on May 7th the transaction had went thru I have made numerous calls both brinks and supreme living trying to get my money refunded I've never received and money back or the so called diet pills brinks said that supremeliving mailed out the diet pills and but supreme living says that my account at there company is frozen because of the dispute that's why nothing was mailed out but at the same supremeliving sent brinks papers confirming that they were sent so I've been back and fourth then I'm told customer service it's a bank to bank issue I just keep getting bounced back and fourth I live on disability I can't afford a loss like this I need someone to me I don't what to do this add is attached to the shark tank add on facebook this add is a scam *
