Every year he preys on the hosting state and local people that want to rent their homes. I received a postcard in the local mail with the regular bundled advertisers asking if I wanted to rent my home for the Superbowl. After you leave a message or two he waits about 4-6 weeks before returning you call. He said it took him a while to get his website running, blah, blah, blah. Well he has had the same websites for years according to records.
He does not pay his employess and makes all sorts of promises he skips out on too. Do not sign a contract with him under any circumstances or agree to do any work with this "man" unless you would like to do a sting operation. He deserves one. He goes under several business names and none of his websites list his name. These include biggamerentals.com and superbowlrentalz.com.
He skipped town after owing me my $1000 back as it was agreed upon at the time of signing. I am still waiting to go to court with him and I look forward to justice so I am starting here. I hope this saves someoneelse big troubles. Oh and he will send someone else to have you sign the contract and you do not know until the salesperson arrives. The sales person is left out of the loop so he makes them look bad and like he is so smart. Randy Cooper is a slick talking "man" and many people will be happy when his past catches up with him.
