I leased a Jeep from this dealer in September. Part of the deal was that they would take my old mercedes and bring it back to the dealership. All they had to do was drive the car to another dealer. My salesman quit or was fired one week after I leased my car, and I received a text from a new sales person letting me know she would be taking over and if theres anything I need, I can let her know.
Not once did she tell me I needed to come pick up my car and bring it to the old dealer. They took my plates off, had me sign an odometer statement, and took my car keys. I received a letter from Mercedes saying I am in collections because my car was never returned.
So I called Jeep and asked them where my car was. Wayne Schmidt Jr. (owners son) had the nerve to tell me the car has been sitting on his lot for 4 months and it was my responsibility to know that and go get it because they would have never promised me that.
Now I owe Mercedes a ton of money, my credit score is shot and he is making me come back to return the car myself with his service manager and asked me to then drop the service manager back at the dealership when I'm done. This dealer is full of thieves. I would never trust them again.
The sale was made just fine, but once they had the sale they couldn't care less about the customer. I will never return here to buy a car. This is the worst car dealer experience I've had to deal with yet.

My first car purchase was amazing, so I purchased another.
Then it went downhill.
refused a warranty repair - I had to write to the CEO of Chrysler USA to get it fixed
Then 6 failed visits through no fault of mine. Now still not repaired
I can go on and on but I dont think there is any point.
However, now my steering makes a noise, they didnt fit it properly and refuse to pick up my car to fix their own fault.
Its OK for me to travel to them 6 times through no fault of mine
however after taking my $40,000 they dont want to rectify thier own fault.
Stay Away from Suncoast Chrsyler I say
I am sad to have to write this as I dont bring harm to anyone.
However, i must warn others before they sucked into this mess.
I loved and respected the family owners very much.
