Suite Dreams Vacations, LLC Reviews

Don't waist your time.

We've been to a couple of timeshare presentations and had good luck. We look young so they want us gone as fast as possible. That's fine with us because at least the gifts are good. We might even buy a timeshare one day if we could find a salesperson that was willing to give us the time of day.

The gift they give you for coming over to listen to their presentation isn't a gift at all.

We were supposed to get a free 3 day 2 night stay and the Wilderness Water park and Resort. All we would have to do is pay taxes. We sort of got that, if you ignore the fact that we have to get a Cashier's Check or Money Order for $80 and mail it to a third party before we can even think about trying to make a reservation. Not cool.

We were also supposed to receive a $100 gift card for the restaurant of our choice. That was wildly inaccurate. It is actually a certificate for discountdiningdollars. If you don't know what that is, it's one of those websites that selling dining gift cards at a reduced price. We would have to buy several gift cards at a reduced price with our own money to get anywhere close to using them all.

Bottom line. These people are awful. Even timeshares know better than to do this kind of thing to people.

Don't waist your time.

We received a mailing for a free vacation if we attended a Travel membership seminar. We went to the presentation and the sales people and the program were quite convincing, so we naively signed the membership contract for $2493.

We put $1200 on one credit card and $298 on a second credit card and completed a form to $995 drafted in 12 equal payments monthly. When we got home we started doing some research and calling the numbers we could find and it appears the company is a scam (not to mention the free reward for attending also seems to be a scam)and the numbers seem to be disconnected or the after hours number will not connect to a person, the recording changes when I try repeat calls and no one will return my calls.

Under federal law we have a 3 day period in which to cancel the contract, so we are going to contact the business tomorrow - along with banks to hopefully get an immediate full refund and block the future charges. We are prepared to contact the Attorney Generals Office in the State of Alabama, Tennessee, and the National Attorney General's office.

When I called the hotel to see if other people had called with complaints against the company, they shared that yes others have called in to complain. We were not the only people to pay them money on Thursday 3/10/16 - two other couples joined their membership as well.

I became alarmed, when we retuned home and really looked over the contract - which we were rushed through because their next group of potential members were waiting for their presentation to begin, and we noticed that only one page had a "company" member signature on it and there was not working web address for us to communicate the company to exercise our 3 day contract window.

In addition to attempting to contact the company in the morning, and going to our bank, I am mailing a certified letter - so that I can prove I am canceling the contract within the first 3 days and requesting a full refund. Luckily, on page of the membership paperwork does actually have a mailing address and it matches the credit card receipt.

I feel it is unscrupulous that the individuals seem so nice and caring and sit there and knowingly take money from people for a service that appears to be illegitimate.
