This company changed me 350 dollars to mount a t.v on wall..i made reservations and a deposit over the phone..first off the worker canceled on the first day due to some emergency..i tried to cancel the appointment after that and was told i would still have to pay a portion cause they are not canceling they are rescheduling..the next day the worker showed up and mounted the t.v but left a big hole in the wall..yes he covered it up with some material that later cracked and said i was responsible for sanding and painting..i asked why and was told that was in a contract that I never saw or signed...i paid this company 350 dollars for a job that's half done...someone please investigate this company cause they are over charging clients and not completing the work ..all i want is my money back or the work completed
Horrible company!!!! Charged a deposit then the installer No showed. After I called and complained they said that I should have called during the 2hr window that the installer were supposed to show????? so they refused to refund my deposit AND then charged me for full visit. Threatend if I cancelled payment they would report to credit bureau???? What a worthless company scam. No shows and multiple charges to your card for full bill!!! Called fraud unit tonight.hey are under investigation.
