We contracted Stracka Line to laser our greens. We issued payment in full to them and never received their service. When we requested a refund their sales rep after about a month flat out told us that the owner (Jim Stracka) was avoiding his calls and was not showing any desire to pay. After several emails sent directly to Jim Straka and several empty promises of getting back to us we finally gave up. There definitely seems to be benefits to the technology but dishonesty without question is being taught from top so save yourself the frustration and do not do business with Straka Line, specifically Jim Stracka.
Jim Stracka hired my company to work on his product called Robo Green. He treated us very badly and was very demanding and spoke to us in a condecending manner. He also refused to return our mobile mechanics work bench seat that we just purchased and our new shop vacuum cleaner. He accused us of not working while we took our lunch break and would yell at us in a irate manner.
He sent us a email saying that over all we had done a good job and he was mailing a check. He owed us over $5,000. He sent us a check for less than half the amount. We deposited the check and it bounced. Because Jim signed a contract with us we sent the account to collections.
The collections company informed us that he is known for this type of behavior. While I was working for Jim, I also became very sick after he ordered food for us. Do not deal with this man. You been warned.
