Door to door video

My company subscribes to SVG so I must watch the videos. The guy in the door knocking video is wearing one of the ugliest shirt I have ever seen and it really clashes with his skin tone. He has long greasy looking hair and has his cap pulled way down so he looks like a real goober. He is one of those clowns who always replies "perfect". You could say my spouse just died and he would say "perfect". If this guy showed up at my house I would send him away pronto.

I was their Senior Production Manager when they were working here in Columbus, Ohio under the name Advantage Contractors dba Able Storm Division. Under my management the company did $18M per quarter, they were also one of just a few Storm Chasers that were able to do roofing in Florida following a Hurricane due to my researching the regulations and requirements for the materials used in the area. The majority of Storm Chasers were not permitted to do roofing in the area because they just loaded up their trailors with roofing materials from other areas and took them to Florida to do roofing but the materials did not meet the regulations for that climate.

I've also spoken to other former co-workers of Anthony's and they all state that he still owes them money also. Considering that this man is a multimillionaire one would hope that he had better character than this.

I recommend anyone that is applying to work at Storm Ventures to not move forward. The retention of employees is not even a month. You get 0 training, the owner comes in and expects for you to sell or schedule a demo on your first day. Anthony Delmedico is known to not have the best employer relations. He is being sued by several former employees regarding wages. You are not set up for success at Storm Ventures. All positions are deceiving meaning you get hired in being an assistant or HR and end up with a sales quota in the end. Plus you have a boss consistently yelling at you, disrespecting you and is extremely unprofessional. It’s his way or the highway and you will never be right. Don’t waste your time and look for another company to work with. If you want to be in sales and have a boss who is consistently in your ear telling you how horrible of a job you’re doing by all means apply today. This company will never change the way they run things, super unorganized and a disaster. Save yourself some headaches! This is all my opinion about the workplace.

It's time for Anthony Delmedico to be stopped and bring to light what it's like being involved with a "monster". I worked for Mr. Delmedico in 2015 in Tuscon, AZ. I was a sales rep for Storm Ventures Group. I worked 12+ hours a day to bring in residential and commercial leads to the company. I was promised sales " commission's once the jobs were completed.

Within a few months, I realized my "customers" weren't getting the service I promised them. Instead of my customers getting construction completetd , Mr. Delmedico pocketed the up front money. Job files went weeks or even months for start of production. This concept as I've learned from a Facebook Group is " stack and starve".

When I voiced my opinion to Mr. Delmedico , I was threathed " to keep my mouth shut"! Numerous employees at Storm Venture Group were NEVER PAID what was/still is OWED to them. This man is a monster. He will LIE, STEAL, THREATEN anyone who gets in his way.

I know Mr. Delmedico has set up "fake companies" to get out of paying personal and business taxes. One day the IRS will get smart and figure him out.

Don't bother attending Mr. Delmedico's " Win The Storm" Conferences. It's just another way for him to steal money.

I worked for Anthony for 2 different companies. Abelard construction in St. Paul, MN and Euclid Roofing in Barrington, Illinois. When I was out working under one of his "Joint Ventures" for Euclid Roofing, I sold about 10 roofs in a 2 month period. Because we had an early winter last year and had to wrap things up in November, a few of the roofs I sold did not get build until Spring. I found out in the spring that the roofs were completed (homeowners were very unhappy with the work done overall and I dealt with a lot of quality control issues)

We not only lost a few of the contracts because roofers and siders would not show up. (one time they ripped off the siding against the homeowners wishes on Thanksgiving when the family went out of town to California to bury a family member and came back to their house in shambles-There was poor communication between the crews and the GC)

Their were 2 customers that did get their roofs built however, and the company has not paid me anything on. The Opperations manager, Gina Delmedico said, "you didn't really do anything to deserve to get paid out on it" even though I have an IC Agreement that states my responsibilities which I fullfilled, and the homeowners and my name is on the contract they signed.

And I have tried to be in touch with them time and time again, both Gina, and Anthony the owner, and have contacted them via phone call, text and email to no avail. I heard from another disgruntled employee that quit that they moved down to Florida to chase another storm. They also tarnished Euclid Roofings name in Barrington, Illinois from doing bad business. Euclid roofing is a company that has been around for 40 years.

Nearly every sales person that has worked with them has left because they steal jobs, take the money and run, and the salespeople get so frustrated because they do terrible work and are unprofessional.
