The complex is littered with dog feces. Corporate policy requires residents to pick up any and all solid waste left by their pets. If found, on site employees are to collect it and fine the tenant responsible. Also, prior to movein, a 50 dollar fee us required and pets are to have their mouths swab bed for DNA record purposes, i.e. matching the feces to the animal responsible. Management fails to employ this policy as directed by corporate mandate. They make it clear that residents being happy with their home is not priority, only your signature and rent payments. This, on top of the roach population and the rats burrowing up from the sewage runoff surrounding the property, is reason enough to keep any responsible consumer from leasing at Stone Creek.You will not regret it.
