I had so many problems with this company. I would not recommend their shoddy, incompetent, and unprofessional services if they were the last property management company on earth. This is the WORST contractor that I have ever dealt with! This corrupt company failed to provide me with a copy of the contract after I signed the document and mailed it in. Even after multiple requests, I never received a copy of the contract. It's a good way to avoid lawsuits. The owner, Lisa Tidd, is a perpetual liar. Tidd and her corrupt company were so DISHONEST. A professional, honest, and legitimate company would have no qualms with providing its clients with a copy of the contract. Tidd was also very rude and contentious. When I asked on multiple occasions for this lousy company to send me a copy of the contract for my records and to take responsibility for their incompetent work, Tidd lied and said that she was filing a "harassment" suit against me.

That was roughly 7 months ago and to this date, I have not been served with a harassment suit nor received a copy of the contract. Perhaps Tidd learned how to use a dictionary and looked up the word "harassment." The garbage disposal that Still employee, Dave, installed in January, 2015 was installed improperly and it posed a health hazard by dumping waste and debris into the dishwasher. They charged me a professional rate of $49 an hour plus tax for their shoddy, incompetent work. After Hours Plumbing and Heating was sent in to fix the problem. I had to pay After Hours Plumbing and Heating $75. On 2/25/15, Still Properties charged me $49 plus 8.4% sales tax to deliver keys to the tenant because he locked himself out of the house. The owner should not be responsible for the tenant's absent-mindedness or irresponsible behavior. I have spoken to a number of property managers in the area about this. They simply would have tenants come check out the master key at the office and later return it. I am asking to be reimbursed the amount that was paid to correct the improper installation of the garbage disposal and the unfair billing for the tenant lock out. $75 + $53.12 = $128.12 I also want a copy of the contract for my records. It is long overdue.
