I attended on line courses there back in 2009. After about two weeks I decided that I was Going to withdraw, as online school just was not for me. I called countless numbers to try and with draw. I could not get ahold of anyone or any information on how to go about doing that. So i just stoped attending, they still charged me for 2 full years of classes and i never attended. Then in 2015 i decided to go bcak to school and I needed an Official Transcript, I have also called coutless numbers, and been trasfferd from person to person and not one person can get me information on how to get my Official transcript. Or a place that I can go get it. it is riddiculouse that we invest so much money in them and we cant even get things like our trascripts. Or specific information on how to go about getting and doing what we need. This company only wants your money, after they get it they dont care about you.
