Mortgage Account Reported as Installment Account

Inacuatly reported to All 3 Credit Agencies!

Loan was transfered crom Clear Springs Loan Company displaying a ZERO balance. StateBridge re-entered amount as an INSTALLMENT LOAN... Totally distroying credit ability to borrow and reducing over all credit score.

Debt to Credit 93%

Sadly nothing has been done. Statebridge contacted me by phone and instructed me to dispute at all three agencies and to send them a formal snail mail letter with complaint. When all that needs done is entries removed on their end. Having to fight a loosing battle while my credit sets in poor/fair credit limbo.

Leaving me no oppertunity to refinance 8% interest loan! Strongly beleive StateBridge has violated the fair protection act.

Had nothing but trouble out of them since day one. Like having to pay a fee just to make a payment unless they did a direct ACH draft from bank.

Taking compaints to every network on the internet and will make a BIG federal case over this. Federal Trade Commision.

Been with Chase Bank 20 years; they sent my loan to an unknown Statebridge Co.

I informed Statebridge the past 7 months NOT to send anything to closed mail box 15555 Main St D4 144

Never the less; I don't receive my mortgage statement/bills

So I kept sending $1,280 / mo (used to be $1,190)

LAST mo. I was charged almost $60 'late fee' because my payment had gone up to $1,305. I sent $1,300 ...with no bill how am I to know??

Aug. payment was $3,360 and NO EXPLANATION for double the amount ! I paid it.

Sept. payment is now $1,860 we're up $600 bucks from the $1,200 range!!

I ordered them to send the bill to hesperia, CA 92345 = residence AND mailing address. 7th request.

I ordered them to reverse the $60 late payment since THEIR mistage sent my bill to God knows where

and I was $5.00 'short'.

These guys are jokers and or crooks.

They have wifey & my e-mail addresses / phone numbers yet there is no communication!

WHY is my house payment up to $1,860 dollars?? I'm on social security (fixed income) and this is bullcrap.

In 2011 I purchased a deed for the property I was living in, and filed it with the state. I put down a deposit and I was given a contract for what I thought was alternative method of home ownership. The home was sold as is, with no HVAC unit in the property, major roof damage, and sub grade plumbing. Since I am permanently disabled I thought this was my only option to own a home. I remained in the property until 2017, paying my mortgage. As with most mortgages, my mortgage was sold three different times. The final Company was STATEBRIDGE COMPANY, LLC. By sheer luck a letter was sent to my home stating that a tax lien would be executed in October 2017 because of nonpayment of taxes. I could not understand why that was the case when I have been paying my mortgage as agreed. I contacted the state and asked them why they sent a letter to this address to an unknown company name when I in fact was the owner. The state informed me that they did not see my name associated with this property. They also asked me how long I have been living there. I informed them that I purchased the house in 2011 and was asked to provide a copy of the contract that I had. I complied with that request and was informed that I was not listed anywhere on the property and all I had was a security deed for a loan, and did not mean I own the home.

I've then contacted STATEBRIDGE COMPANY, LLC to find out their response to this information and have yet to receive a phone call back. However I have been getting harassing letters indicating that they were going to foreclose on this property. How can they foreclose on the property when I don't own it? I have an been an unknowing "renter" for the past 6 years! To add insult to injury and I have been on a massive repayment plan for the last year. I fell behind three months in 2016 due to a divorce, and they agreed to a repayment plan. Which more than double my mortgage. I tried to get them to work with me because I only have disability income, but they refused. I am now going to lose the place that I lived in for the last six years. They have told me I must surrender the property. Their interest have peeked now that property values have increased due to the library being built down the street from the house, and the 10 minute travel time to the airport. In addition to that they have reported me to all three credit bureau's as having a mortgage. And have reported me as late on mortgage payments. This of course ruins your credit and your options to secure a new loan or get financing from anyone else. I feel like they have tried to take advantage of a disabled person. Since I don't own the home there is no recourse but to move out. But to have to continue to pay to investor while I struggle to make ends meet is just wrong! Isn't this how we ended up in the Last housing crisis that almost took down this country? Is there someone out there who can help protect disabled persons and protect them from predatory companies like this ?
