I paid $18,000 for a helicopter rotor tail blade and Stat Industry Inc. they did not deliver nor returned my money.

I am another victim of Stat Industry Inc. /Deborah Raney expert sales scam/fraud. I entered Parts logistics online page looking for an aviation component. Five companies answered my request for quote. Stat Industry Inc. was one of these companies. At first, they were the highest priced company to quote. When they called to follow up, I informed they that they had the highest of the five businesses that responded. They apologize for been $9,000 higher than the company I had selected. They followed up the next day and they lowered the price by $10,000. I decided to purchase from them. Unfortunately, I did not check the Better Business Bureau complaints or the online rip off pages to check for history of this Company.

I sent $18,000 via wire transfer on July 8, 2016 with a verbal promise by the sales person Haris Tanveer that the part will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days. I explained to them that I had a delivery date of no later than July 22, 2016 and that the part was going overseas. After they received my money, communications became very difficult. I travelled to Stat’s office in Pompano Beach on July 21, 2016 and confronted Deborah Raney. At first, she told everyone in the company to tell me that she was not in! I founded her before she exited the building. She explained that she had problems with her supplier. I questioned the fact that I was advised they had the part in inventory. I requested to see her supplier’s purchase order but she refused. On August 11, 2016, I cancelled the order since my customer already purchased the needed part.

Today, over three months later after hundreds of attempt to get my money back, I get a letter from her attorney demanding I sign a release letter in order to get my money back. The letter is blackmail, abusive, coercive type letter that if I sign it, they will take 30% of my money and will sue me for $20,000 per issue if I do not take the complaints against her company. This is unreal! I am the victim here!

I will appreciate to be contacted by other Stat’s victims with short summaries of their cases with names, amounts and dates so I can legally put a stop to this type abuse. To me these cases are not “civil matters” as the sheriff department states. It is time to make it a Federal case. Send issue to:

We made a purchase to STAT INDUSTRY INC, of an APU for an aircraft on June 25, 2018, and they told us that we had to send the purchase order and the payment in a minimum of hours, in order to keep the offer; to which we transferred $ 25,000, with the intention of receiving our unit the next day according to the owner of the company Mrs. DEBORAH RANEY.

After payment it has become almost impossible for us to answer calls or emails; and 22 days later, no one in that company answered, We went to their facilities in Pompano Beach, and there that company is no longer there, and the security staff of the condominium told us that this company and this lady, had left with police, because they were people not to trust. After this I begged them to give us their new location, to speak personally, and it was the last time we received an email.

We have seen in different places that this company STAT INDUSTRY INC., and Mrs. DEBORAH RANEY, is cataloged as a professional scam artist. We will start with the legal proceedings with lawyers that allow us to recover the money; because the unit is no longer needed, because my client canceled the order and sanctioned us for non-compliance.
