Stark Business Solutions is operated by very sly and untrustworthy leadership. Unfortunately business don't have the time or energy to fight Stark in court, but Stark routinely forces businesses and individuals to pay additional months of lease due to a small and contradictory rider in their contract that states that one must give 3 months of notice in order to end a "month to month" lease. They use this "3 month" clause to validate their illegal requirement of forcing tenants to terminate their month to month agreement 2 months in advance, thus actually making the agreement a 3-month to 3-month agreement (which doesn't exist in any state).
Stay away from this company, their unethical and misguided business practices and leadership is toxic and you're better off working with other companies.
