If I can give a negative 1000 I would. This car lot of f**king terrible! Lie after lie after lie. I was told I would be getting a 2015 Toyota Corolla. I get there a contract is drawn up to that I've signed and all that and a sales manager come by and says oh that won't work. The sales person proceeds to sell me an older model which clearly has been wrecked he goes to say oh nah just a chipped bumper we'll replace that. Move forward a week, they tell me payments are due in 45 days, bank says 30 says. I tell them I don't want the car, oh that's going to be a repo salesman says. Me of course trying to work with them, I just put my adulting hat on and just pay my bill. No complaints. Now two months later after purchasing, and them replacing the bumper, I find out the bumper is held up with duct tape, missing pins and screws and continues to fall off. The following day I go to my car, proceed to drive it and it won't crank.

I got a jump and all the lights including check engine came on. The car is shaking uncontrollably, I try to drive it and it's basically moving like it's in neutral. Call the car lot a million times, cannot speak to a manager or anyone with common sense, can't get a hold of my salesman. I've called the GM no call back. They knew they sold me a bad car and won't do ANYTHING. Service department won't help. I'm young I work I have a good job but I can't afford to pay my payment as well as to get the car fixed it's too much! How can you guys call yourselves a business but you're not conducting business in a professional and orderly manner? One lady hung up in my face and was very rude and I still haven't been able to talk to anyone to address my concerns. This basically shows me that they do not care about their customers just the deal to get their commission. The GM got in contact with me via Facebook after me placing a bad review. He basically told me to take it down he would solve my problem. He has lied to my face and through messages saying he will fix the car or if I'm unsatisfied I will get my money back. After meeting with him I was still unsatisfied so I put my review back up, and he got upset and told me to pick up my vehicle it is running he will no longer help me. He has called me a liar and a blackmailer stated I was a hateful person and I need to learn to let people help me. When he initially contacted me, I told him I don't want to do business with them anymore I only want my money back and he stated he said he would work on it. But apparently pride plays a lot in how they run things. He is basically upset that I didn't not want to do business, I was still as unsatisfied after them attempting to fix the faulty vehicle which still isn't in my possession and is undrivable for the past three weeks. Worst car purchasing or deal I've made of my life, I was basically told to contact a lawyer if I want my money back.

I went into this dealer due to having my preauthorization thruogh Capitol One Auto Finance. They work maining with Manufaturer dealers, Ford, Chevy, Dodge, ect.., adn a few used car lots. They basically give you a preauthorized amount per the vehicle you find on one one the dealer site. I picked out a nice truck from this Stadium Auto place. One of the VERY first things I told them was I had my own financing and that in no way I wanted to have my credit submitted to several companies, dragging my credit score down with a bunch of inquiries. About 7 days after I bought my truck, with Capitol One owning the note, I started getting letters from all kinds of banks where they submitted my info to the very places I requested them not to. I spoke with the general manager Brady who said it was a big mistake and it would take a couple days to correct. Well a month later I am still fighting to get these inquiries off. We are trying to buy a house and with alot of inquiries it makes your credit look bad and brings down your credit score. Thus causing credit to be denied or high interest rates on any loan and even insurance rates. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. A BUNCH OF d**n LIARS AND NOW IM HAVING TO FILE A LAWSUIT TO TRY TO GET THIS CORRECTED. IM ALSO TAKING THIS FIGHT TO FACEBOOK!!!
