J.S. Resolution Group, Inc. called me & threatened me with a judgement if I didn't immediately pay off my debt to National Cash Advance, which I swore I did not owe. The women I spoke with was at extension was at 109 & was very loud & rude.
I researched my debt & felt forced to make payments on this. My first payment was suppose to be $75.00, STA Checking took out &150.00. Two payments continued a month at $75.00 each which was suppose to be one payment of $50.00 only.
I called Michelle to complain & tell her what they were doing was illegal, she said my debt would be paid off quicker. She became very rude in which I told her I would only communicate with her through email only from this point on. I emailed once, the response I received was to call Michelle at ext. 109, not to email.
When I called back their number was disconnected, $515.00 had been withdrawn from my bank account total. I closed my debit card.
