I placed an order for a pair of boots - they were not delivered until a month later. The boots did not fit, so I promptly returned them. Spool No 72 would not issue a refund stating that the return date was outside their 30 day policy. It took 30 days for the merchandise to even arrive!
I have made contact with Spool No 72 repeatedly to obtain a refund of $66.95. Their customer service has been nothing short of rude and insulting. They would not return my emails and do not provide a phone number on their website. This company is a complete scam. A claim has been filed with the Better Business Bureau and will remain on their record.
Please don't make the mistake that I did - do not order from this company. They are an internet only company with no phone contact. They will rip you off and never get back to you.
