I went to Spine Scottsdale Physical Therapy for Treating my frozen shoulder for 5 months everything was good till they hired a new physical therapy assistant. Then after my right shoulder treated my frozen shoulder developed from right shoulder to the left and I asked my physical therapy wich was very professional to treat my left shoulder. but the new physical therapy assistant has a very wierd attitut. she always harrasing me because of my perfume and she told other staff that I came to physical therapy for other reason.
Then at the end this employee gave my work place address to my physical therapy's wife she went there and complain about me and she told her housband that I talked to her and told her the the inapproprit things which was lie and not true.
When I found out about this I told my physical therapy this is not true and I have never meet his wife and never talked to her. I am dibities and that's is why it took me so long to improved. I told him to if this girl get fired I am not going to sue his wife. But the owner of this physical therapy named( Shane Sullivan) kept this employee and promoted her and I have noticed recently on their web site that she still working there.
So I have complain about this Physical therapy about the Owner and the girl named Stacy Schiltz. I still suffer from frozen shoulder and they made my physical therapy to tell me to go to Gym. Please help me this issue.
