On July 8th I purchased Leda (a 1.5 year old female bambino cat) from Elena Chernova and Stefan Toshev Krachunov of Grand Oray Cattery / Baby Moon Cattery / Sphynx Center for $2000 + transfer fees, using their requested method of payment, Western Union. I paid for the cat, pedigree, contract, hcm scan, transfer and shipping to Houston, Texas USA.

They did not tell me until two days after I sent them the money that I paid for a cat they did not have in their possession. Tonight Stefan publicly professed he has no intention to send me the cat I paid for almost two months ago even though he promised on August 24 I would receive Leda in two weeks.

They have publicly cursed me, called me vulgar names, insulted my intelligence and told me multiple lies about when I will receive my cat. They claim my cat is with their friends/assistants in Ukraine but have refused to show me a current photo of my cat since I purchased her. The also refuse to disclose the name of the person who has my cat. They have been promising to pick up Leda since July 10 but even after a trip to Ukraine, they returned to Bulgaria without my cat.

I discovered that Leda is actually Yaroslava. She was bred by Cattery Bennu in Russia that has been out of business for two years. There are pictures of Yaroslava dated March 24, 2013. The same pictures Elena used to sell me Leda. The Hcm scan I received is also false because the date of birth is in December 2013 and the cat's name is not Leda. In fact Elena offered the same cat I purchased to another person for sale for 2000 euros March 31, 2013 using the same pictures she gave me.

I am seeking any assistance in recovering my stolen cat or my money.
