Rewards posted for reaching milestone levels are vehicles you must actually pay for in gems. The amount of gems for the next vehicle increases by 40 gems per level. The reward for level 150 is the Pangolin 150. To get this vehicle you must purchase the 2 vehicles prior to it.

You must also purchase the Pangolin which is listed as the reward for reaching level 150. To even get to purchsse that vehicle you need to spend 340 and 380 gems first. Then the pangolin will be at least 420 gems. The drop rate for gems is minute and buying a high quantity of gems requires real money spent.

Upwards of between $60 and $140. The listed reward isn't unlocked at the milestone reward. It must be purchased after purchasing each vehicle prior to it

Transformers Earth Wars is a popular online game that have thousands of players. In order to be competitive, one must spend some real world money. The way a player adds robots to their army is by purchasing crystals. These crystals contain a CHANCE for a new robot. The main complaint I have seen, as well as HUNDREDS of others is drop rates, ie a player will spend real money (19.99 for 15-20 crystals) and get "duplicates", which means a bot you already have, which equates to basically nothing. Space Ape justifies this by awarding a minute amount of resources, which in no way justifies the cost. Space Ape refuses to release drop rates and continues to ignore the problem. Some players have spend hundreds of dollars and walked away with absolute nothing to show for it. When support is contacted they basically say that's just the way it is. Several members of my alliance have spent $100's of dollars with little to no success in getting new characters.

We are tired of giving money to developers and walking away empty handed. We love the game, love the teamwork aspect and the community, but we are being taken advantage of in a fashion that is shocking and SA refuses to release drop rate numbers because they know it would be devestaing to them. They are truly robbing players blind and sitting back laughing about it.

Space apes runs several mobile gaming apps on both IOS and Android. The one I am having issues with is transformers earth wars. This is the only mobile game I have ever truly played due to my love for the Hasbro transformer series. Spaces apes offers bundles for a chance to get 2,3 and 4 star characters to collect and play. I understand a company is there to make money but when you spend over $100 you expect to get something for you hard earned money and not just 2 star duplicate characters you have already. I have addressed this issue with their customer service several times with no help offered. Each time they offer the same generic run of bad luck. I'm sorry but when you spend $100 you should be offered more then what they have offered. I know that do not have a gambling license and this type of system is a gamble with little or no reward in the end. If we dispute the charges with our app store we have been informed they will close our account which is another dirty tactic.

It is not just I who have had issue but several others who complain on their Facebook page with no help offered. Justice needs to be brought to this company who holds customer service in such low regards.

I've been playing transformers earn wars for awhile. I've spent quite a bit of money on the game and now it has a "bug" and I can no longer play the game. I'm out hundreds or maybe a thousand dollars. They won't refund me either.

The way a player adds robots to their army is by purchasing crystals. These crystals contain a chance for a new robot. Although Space Ape has not verified this, I'm assuming it is done by a basic random number generator. The main complaint I have seen, as well as HUNDREDS of others is drop rates, ie a player will spend real money (19.99 for 15-20 crystals) and get "duplicates", which means a bot you already have, which equates to basically nothing. Some players have spend hundreds of dollars and walked away with absolute nothing to show for it. When support is contacted they basically say that's just the way it is. I was told after spending almost $100 and getting 1 bot to be lucky I got what I got. Players are demanding for drop rates to be adjusted. We are tired of giving money to developers and walking away empty handed. We love the game, love the teamwork aspect and the community, but we are being taken advantage of in a fashion that is shocking and SA refuses to release drop rate numbers because they know it would be devestaing to them. About Transformers earth wars and Space Ape Games

I have been silent long enough about the issues with this company, they constantly offer deals for character packages, and character crystals and some of (but not all) say a higher chance at that character. If you are spending real money on a specific character then you should receive said character.

The drop rates are ridiculous for bots with a good amount of the time being the exact same one over and over again. Example they are currently offering a Blaster bot crystal for 600 coins (you buy 1000 coins for $4.99) or an Iron hide pack ($20.00)

I purchased two of the packs ($40.00) and 10 of the character crystals ($25.00) and did not receive either Iron Hide, nor Blaster. That is $65.00 and only to receive duplicate bots when there are 115 different bots at different star amounts, and I only have 30, so the odds of always getting duplicates is astronomical yet whenever you contact customer service they say "its random sorry but that’s the way it is"

Something needs to be done about these deceptive practices as it seems they are getting worse instead of getting better. Recently they bribed players to vote for them as game of the year with a promise of a special prize, well that special prize was about the same as giving a rock as a gift, it is the most minimal thing they can do.

Here is the thing, players that have been around for a while know to expect to get duplicates from the normal premium crystals with no guarantee of not getting a duplicate but when it is a crystal for a specific bot you should get said bot, even if the odds were 1 in 4 that would be more acceptable then the appeared to be 1 in 1,000,000.

I have seen countless comments and complaints from distraught and upset customers for them doing these practices, and even if they may be legal (I’m not a lawyer so I don't know) it is very unethical to continue such misleading and deceptive practices.

Yes I have written to customer service and they have never done anything more than saying it’s just the way it is. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen, and the fact that they don't want to change something that to any rational person is unethical is very upsetting, and they were voted most ethical a couple years ago, well that title should be revoked.

If there is ever a class action against these crooks I will be happy to join.
