They charged my credit card for almost 15000 dollars and wont refund. I had to file a dispute with my mastercard company and they still fought the dispute
even though no items were purchased or delivered.
Huge scam and they promised a refund for months and kept putting me off.
Do not purchase or give these people your credit information by any means.
March 21, 2015 I went to the spa manufacturers store in Clearwater. I was looking for a powerful spa as I have several serious bodily injuries and in NY I owned a spa that helped alleviate my pain. I specifically told the sales person over and over again I needed a healing spa and they recommended the 800 waterfall would suit all my needs. The 800 they wanted me to purchase was attractive but I was unable to feel the power of it because it was empty in the showroom. The spa was delivered to my Brooksville home April 10th and a few days later we tried it out at. There was hardly any power so I called I the salesperson about the power and told her we also had trouble with excessive cloudiness, white film and bubbles and also a light was out. Also the blower only workedon one seat. She set up a service call. On 5/10/15 they came and replaced the light but said they could do nothing about the power and blower and that was normal for the 800. Now as I previously mentioned I had a spa from another manufacturer for 10 years and I had absolutely no problem with stabilizing the spa and it helped my pain. We gave the 800WF another shot when we sorta got it stabilized after using tons of chemicals and went in for another test run on the spa but after this second time I absolutely knew for sure they had sold me the wrong item to suit my needs. Have not used it since and I had some more important 9/11 business to do and just catching up on this SPA situation. I only have the spa for 7 months and I called them last week to tell them i was dissasified but they would not take it back but they did offer a trade for an upgrade but would not take mine back. I don't understand why they would take my new spa back for trade when they won't honor some kind of refund when I absolutely dont want another spa from them after my experience. I am totally out of almost $7000 with no resolve. RONA M
