Southwest Engines Reviews

I ordered an engine from SW engines over the phone and gave them my payment info for 3395.00 dollars. I was waiting for the email to complete the order and sign the invoice. I never recieved the email that day and noticed they took the money, 3395.00 dollars from my account instantly. I called right away the next morning and told them I never recieved the email to complete or sign the order and I now wanted to cancel the order. They were extremely rude and told me they don't always send out emails to complete the order.

I was then sent the email to complete the order (which I was waiting for the prior day) and then an email to cancel the order. I quickly completed the cancelation process via email and was then sent a third email that states they will be in contact with me soon regarding my cancelation.

10 days later I was refunded a PARTIAL amount, 25% less, to the tune of 848.00 of my money was kept by SW engines. I called them today and was told it was a restocking fee and they had to pay their employees somehow. I was transfered to 3 different departments and then eventually hung up on after I demanded my money back. Not only was my order not completed to start with, I canceled within 24 hours, and there was nothing to restock because they state it takes 10-14 days to fill and ship and recieve the order.

I have called several times over the last 11 days and they have all been extremely rude, they will not listen to me and transfer me to people who dont even exist. After looking into this company more, they have an "F" rating with the better business bureau, they have multiple people filling out "rip off reports" and complaints on the federal trade commission. I have disputed this with my financial institution and will fight this all the way to court if I have to.
